These Terms & Conditions “Terms” govern your use of the Salt & Sun Travel Co. website, lead forms, travel-planning services, consultation services, email communications, SMS/text communications, phone communications, proposals, itineraries, booking assistance, and related services.
By visiting our website, submitting a form, requesting travel information, scheduling a consultation, approving a quote, making a payment, authorizing a booking, or communicating with us by SMS, email, phone, or other method, you agree to these Terms.

Salt & Sun Travel Co. “Salt & Sun,” “we,” “our,” or “us” provides travel-planning, travel-advisory, consultation, itinerary, and booking-support services.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not an airline, hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, transportation company, travel insurer, government agency, passport office, embassy, consulate, or destination authority.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers.

We assist with research, recommendations, planning, quoting, coordination, booking support, and travel communication. The actual travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
You understand that each supplier has its own terms, conditions, policies, contracts, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, refund rules, service standards, and limitations. Supplier terms control the travel services they provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, submit a lead form, request a quote, approve a proposal, authorize a booking, or make a payment. If you submit information or authorize services on behalf of another traveler, group, family member, guest, minor, or travel companion, you represent that you have permission to do so and that all information provided is accurate.
You are responsible for providing complete, current, and accurate information for yourself and all travelers in your party. This includes, but is not limited to:
Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, rebooking costs, cancellation penalties, supplier fees, fare increases, loss of travel value, or other damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misspelled, or omitted information provided by you or any traveler in your party.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying all required travel documents before departure. This may include: Valid passport, Visa, REAL ID-compliant identification, Minor travel authorization, Vaccination or health documentation, Destination entry forms, Transit documents, Re-entry documents, Customs forms, and other documents required by airlines, cruise lines, governments, or suppliers.
International travel requirements vary based on citizenship, residency, destination, routing, layovers, airline rules, and traveler circumstances.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. may provide general reminders or links to resources, but we do not provide legal, immigration, customs, medical, or government-entry advice. You should verify requirements directly with official government sources, embassies, consulates, airlines, cruise lines, destination governments, and other appropriate authorities.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, quarantine, missed travel, itinerary disruption, penalties, fees, or financial loss caused by missing, expired, damaged, invalid, incomplete, or insufficient travel documents.
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until the applicable supplier confirms the booking and required payment has been accepted. Quotes are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the supplier.

Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not responsible for supplier pricing errors, inventory errors, typographical errors, expired quotes, website errors, system errors, or supplier changes.
By authorizing a booking, submitting payment information, paying an invoice, or approving charges, you authorize Salt & Sun Travel Co. and/or applicable travel suppliers to process charges related to your travel request.

Payment deadlines are determined by Salt & Sun Travel Co. and/or the applicable supplier. Failure to make required payments by stated deadlines may result in cancellation, loss of deposit, loss of promotional pricing, supplier penalties, or loss of travel services.
You are responsible for reviewing all invoices, receipts, confirmations, payment deadlines, and booking details promptly.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. may charge professional fees for consultation, research, itinerary development, trip planning, destination wedding planning, group travel coordination, booking management, concierge support, changes, cancellations, rush service, or other advisory services.
Professional fees compensate Salt & Sun Travel Co. for time, expertise, research, coordination, communication, planning, and administrative work. Unless expressly stated in writing, Salt & Sun Travel Co. professional fees are separate from supplier charges and are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you decline a proposal, cancel a trip, postpone travel, book independently, change suppliers, or decide not to travel, Salt & Sun Travel Co. professional fees may still apply. Any current fee schedule should be posted separately or provided during consultation.
All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier. Supplier terms may include non-refundable deposits, cancellation penalties, change fees, final payment deadlines, name-change restrictions, rooming-list deadlines, age restrictions, resort rules, cruise rules, airline fare rules, baggage policies, check-in deadlines, health and safety requirements, force-majeure provisions, refund limitations, and credit or voucher restrictions.
By authorizing a booking, you accept the applicable supplier terms on behalf of yourself and all travelers in your party.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a supplier’s terms regarding the actual travel services, the supplier’s terms will control those travel services.
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier, fare type, package type, destination, travel date, room category, group contract, and booking terms. Some reservations are fully non-refundable. Some reservations become non-refundable after a certain date. Some deposits, insurance premiums, professional fees, service fees, airline tickets, excursions, transfers, group components, or promotional rates may be non-refundable.
Refunds, credits, vouchers, future travel credits, waivers, and exceptions are determined by the applicable supplier, unless the charge was a Salt & Sun Travel Co. professional fee.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. will assist with supplier refund, credit, or cancellation requests when requested, but we cannot guarantee:
Any supplier refund may be reduced by penalties, non-refundable components, insurance premiums, professional fees, supplier fees, processing fees, or currency differences.
Airlines control their own operations, schedules, aircraft, routes, flight numbers, seat assignments, baggage handling, delays, cancellations, and rebooking procedures. Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, seat changes, baggage issues, involuntary downgrades, weather delays, crew issues, aircraft issues, airport disruptions, or airline service failures.
For flights to, from, or within the United States, airline refund rights may apply in certain circumstances when an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight and the traveler does not accept the alternative offered. Refund rights are governed by applicable law, Department of Transportation rules, and airline policies.
We may assist with communication or rebooking where possible, but the airline remains responsible for airline-controlled services.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. strongly recommends that every traveler purchase travel insurance or travel protection appropriate for the trip. Travel insurance may help protect against certain covered risks, such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, travel delay, missed connection, baggage loss or delay, supplier default, weather-related issues, illness or injury, or other covered events.
Coverage varies by provider and plan. Certain benefits, including Cancel For Any Reason coverage, may require purchase within a limited time after initial trip deposit and may have eligibility rules. Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not an insurance company and does not determine claims, coverage, eligibility, exclusions, or benefits.
If you decline travel insurance, you accept the risk of cancellation penalties, medical expenses, emergency evacuation expenses, supplier default, delays, lost baggage, illness, injury, weather disruption, or other unexpected losses.
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, crime, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, severe weather, transportation incidents, foodborne illness, water hazards, limited medical facilities, infectious disease exposure, and other risks. You are responsible for determining whether travel is appropriate for you and all travelers in your party.
You should consult qualified medical professionals regarding: Fitness to travel, Vaccinations, Medications, Pregnancy, Mobility concerns, Allergies, Dietary restrictions, Medical conditions, Medical devices, and Accessibility requirements.
You must notify Salt & Sun Travel Co. in writing before booking of any accessibility needs, mobility limitations, medical needs, allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy-related concerns, or other special requests. We will communicate reasonable requests to suppliers when possible, but we cannot guarantee that suppliers, destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise ships, airlines, vehicles, excursions, or rooms will meet all special requests or accessibility needs.
Destination conditions can change before or during travel. These conditions may include: Weather, Hurricanes, Tropical storms, Seaweed or beach conditions, Construction, Resort renovations, Crime, Civil unrest, Strikes, Public health issues, Government restrictions, Border closures, Natural disasters, Environmental conditions, Supplier changes, and Transportation disruptions.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. does not guarantee destination safety, weather, beach quality, resort conditions, travel conditions, government policies, or uninterrupted travel.
You are responsible for reviewing current destination conditions, travel advisories, government alerts, supplier notices, and airline updates before booking and before departure.
Group travel, destination weddings, family trips, corporate trips, retreats, and room blocks may be subject to additional supplier contracts, deadlines, deposits, minimum room counts, attrition clauses, private-event fees, cancellation schedules, name-list deadlines, and payment requirements.
Group rates, amenities, concessions, private events, and room blocks are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the supplier and any required contract or deposit has been completed. If a group falls below required minimums, pricing, concessions, amenities, room availability, event costs, or booking terms may change.
The group leader, event host, or trip organizer is responsible for communicating deadlines and requirements to invited travelers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each traveler remains responsible for their own payments, documents, insurance decisions, and compliance with supplier terms.
Special requests are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the supplier. Special requests may include: Honeymoon amenities, Anniversary amenities, Birthday amenities, Room location, Bedding preference, Connecting rooms, Upgrades, Private dinners, Décor, Photography, Spa appointments, Celebration arrangements, Dietary requests, and Accessibility requests.
Complimentary amenities, upgrades, and perks are subject to supplier discretion, availability, eligibility, and change.
Excursions, tours, transfers, water activities, adventure activities, spa services, rental vehicles, private drivers, and destination experiences may be operated by independent third parties. You are responsible for evaluating: Physical requirements, Age restrictions, Weight restrictions, Swimming ability, Medical restrictions, Pregnancy restrictions, Alcohol restrictions, Cancellation policies, Safety rules, Weather policies, and Liability waivers.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, accidents, cancellations, dissatisfaction, vendor conduct, property damage, or other damages arising from third-party excursions, transfers, tours, activities, or destination services.
You and all travelers in your party agree to comply with all laws, supplier rules, airline rules, resort policies, cruise policies, safety instructions, and standards of respectful conduct.
Suppliers may deny service, remove guests, cancel services, refuse boarding, or impose penalties for: Disruptive conduct, Intoxication, Illegal activity, Property damage, Harassment, Threatening behavior, Unsafe behavior, Failure to follow rules, Failure to provide required documents, or other misconduct.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not responsible for supplier actions taken because of traveler conduct.
Website content, destination pages, emails, blog posts, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, proposals, videos, and promotional materials are provided for informational and marketing purposes. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but travel information changes frequently. Photos, descriptions, amenities, inclusions, maps, menus, resort details, room images, beach images, and destination descriptions may be provided by third parties and may not reflect exact current conditions.
Any statements about “best,” “luxury,” “stress-free,” “complimentary,” “included,” “upgrades,” “deals,” “exclusive,” or similar language are subject to context, availability, supplier rules, eligibility, and individual traveler preferences. Salt & Sun Travel Co. intends for all advertising and marketing to be truthful, not misleading, and appropriately supported.
If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, comment, message, tag, social media post, or other content to Salt & Sun Travel Co., or if you publicly tag or mention Salt & Sun Travel Co., you grant us permission to use, repost, display, edit for length or formatting, and share that content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing that you do not grant such permission.
We will not knowingly use fake reviews or misleading testimonials. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that every client will have the same experience.
You represent that any content you submit is truthful, does not infringe another person’s rights, and may be used by Salt & Sun Travel Co. without violating third-party rights.
By submitting your contact information through our website, lead forms, landing pages, advertisements, scheduling tools, or other opt-in methods, you authorize Salt & Sun Travel Co. to contact you by SMS/text message, email, phone call, and voicemail regarding your travel inquiry, consultation request, quote, booking, appointment, travel updates, reminders, promotions, and related services.

You agree to contact Salt & Sun Travel Co. in writing before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the issue.
Improper chargebacks for valid supplier charges, authorized charges, non-refundable deposits, professional fees, cancellation penalties, change fees, or services already performed may result in collection action, recovery of costs, suspension of services, cancellation of future planning support, and responsibility for related fees or expenses to the extent permitted by law.
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, designs, images, videos, itineraries, planning documents, destination guides, forms, service descriptions, and other materials created by Salt & Sun Travel Co. are owned by Salt & Sun Travel Co. or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Custom itineraries, proposals, and planning materials are provided for your personal travel-planning use only and may not be copied, resold, published, shared with competing travel advisors, or used to avoid paying applicable planning fees.

Travel experiences are subjective and may be affected by factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: Lost profits, Lost enjoyment, Emotional distress, Inconvenience, Missed vacation time, Lost travel value, Supplier failure, Airline disruption, Weather events, Illness or injury, Force majeure, Government restrictions, Destination conditions, and Third-party acts or omissions.
Salt & Sun Travel Co.’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of professional fees paid directly to Salt & Sun Travel Co. for the specific trip at issue, excluding amounts paid to suppliers, insurers, airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, or other third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salt & Sun Travel Co., its owners, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from: Your breach of these Terms, Inaccurate information you provide, Your violation of supplier terms, Your violation of law, Your travel conduct, Your failure to obtain required documents, Claims brought by travelers in your party, Your misuse of our website or services, or Your unauthorized use of another person’s information or payment method.
Salt & Sun Travel Co. is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Force majeure events may include: Acts of God, Weather, Hurricanes, Natural disasters, Fire, Flood, Pandemic, Epidemic, Disease outbreak, War, Terrorism, Civil unrest, Strikes, Labor disputes, Government action, Border closures, Supplier insolvency, Airline disruptions, Technology failures, Power outages, Cyber incidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Supplier force-majeure terms may also apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another jurisdiction’s law is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact Salt & Sun Travel Co. in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or Salt & Sun Travel Co.’s services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires another venue.
Seller-of-travel registration requirements vary by state and may apply depending on where Salt & Sun Travel Co. is located, where clients reside, where travel is marketed, whether client funds are accepted, whether air or sea travel is offered, whether a host agency is used, and whether an exemption applies. Seller of Travel / Host Agency Disclosure: Not applicable / Exempt under local guidelines. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval or endorsement by any state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
For active bookings, supplier terms and written agreements already accepted may continue to apply to that booking.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any signed service agreement, invoice, proposal, authorization form, supplier terms, and written booking confirmations, constitute the agreement between you and Salt & Sun Travel Co. regarding your use of our website and services.
